Southwestern Electric Cooperative is working with Touchstone Energy and Bellomy Research, Winston-Salem, N.C., to administer a comprehensive member survey. The survey will help us identify and address the priorities, preferences and expectations of Southwestern Electric members.
While we frequently speak with or exchange messages with many of you, those conversations are often situational. They’re in response to power restoration efforts after a storm, a billing issue, or a co-op-related event. Those discussions are important, but they don’t necessarily reflect the overall thoughts and feelings of thousands of members we don’t hear from throughout the year. This study will offer those insights.
Not all cooperative members will receive an email request to participate in the survey. Rather, a representative cross-section from Southwestern’s service area will receive a request.
Survey requests will be emailed from “Cooperative Difference Survey” and the words “Southwestern Electric Cooperative Needs Your Feedback” should appear in the subject line of the email. You’ll see Southwestern’s logo on both the email invitation and the survey itself.
To those of you who participate in the survey—thank you! Your responses will guide decisions regarding programs and services we should pursue and information we should communicate. If you didn’t receive a request to participate in this year’s survey, we’ll be reaching out again in the future.
