Making a home improvement to lowering your energy bills?

Our Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) loans are a low-cost way to finance home improvements with energy efficiency in mind. You can use an ERC loan to reduce the cost of select energy-efficiency projects in existing homes and other qualified commercial, industrial and agricultural structures.

ERC loans are available to members in good standing who receive electric service from the co-op at their primary residence or an approved structure. You can download the ERC Loan application for energy conservation here. The ERC Loan application for a geothermal system is available here.
