We offer a variety of payment options, including electronic bill payment, the ability to pay by automatic draft and credit or debit card, an online payment portal, and the SmartHub app. We even accept American legal tender.

Here's a quick overview of your payment options:

ONLINE BILLING CENTER

Manage your account and pay your bill with Southwestern Electric's online billing center. With our secure portal, you can view your billing and account history and make payments in your PJs from the comfort of your home. To visit our portal, click here.

SmartHub App

Prefer to pay using an app? Done. You can pay your bill, sign up for alerts and reminders, view your daily, weekly or monthly energy usage, and send and receive outage information with our SmartHub mobile app. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store. 

Quick Pay Feature

Why use Quick Pay?

  • SmartHub’s Quick Pay feature allows you to make a bill payment without logging into your SmartHub account. It’s quick and convenient.

  • If you’d like to help a Southwestern Electric member pay their bill, you can use Quick Pay. You don’t need to be a co-op member or have a SmartHub account to use Quick Pay. Anyone can use Quick Pay to make a payment on a member’s bill.

Here are the details:

  • Purpose: The Quick Pay feature is designed for quick and easy one-time payments.
  • No Account Required: You can make a payment without logging into SmartHub or having a SmartHub account. 
  • How it Works: To make a payment on an account, you'll need the account number and last name or business name associated with the account. 
  • Payment Methods: You can pay with a debit or credit card.

  • Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

For later posting (may take up to three days)

  • Our St. Elmo warehouse, along Interstate 70, just south of the St. Elmo exit
