Since 1995, Southwestern Electric Cooperative’s Power for Progress Scholarship Program has provided more than $266,000 in academic assistance to students pursuing a college degree or vocational school certificate. The tradition continues this year with Southwestern’s pledge to award $10,000 in scholarship money to 10 students in spring 2021 for use in the fall 2020 semester.
Scholarship recipients can apply the funding to tuition at any accredited university, college or technical school in the U.S.
