Members served by Southwestern Electric Cooperative’s Pocahontas Substation lost power shortly after 11 a.m. Crews have been dispatched to isolate the source of the outage and make repairs. The outage is affecting members from the Old Ripley area south to the Bond-Clinton County line, and from Grantfork east to Olde Cabin Road.
