Southwestern Electric Cooperative has implemented a moratorium on service disconnections for non-payment and late fees for both residential and commercial accounts through May 31st.  
 
"All members, whether you have a traditional or Pay As You Go account, are encouraged to pay what you can during this time to better manage your balance and current bill," said CEO Bobby Williams. "As always, we encourage members who may have difficulty paying their bill to contact our office at (800) 637-8667 or email us at billing@sweci.com."
