Ameren Transmission Line Fault Interrupts Power to Madison County Members

2,991 members lost power this evening when an Ameren transmission line fault interrupted power to Southwestern Electric’s Collinsville and Peters Substations. The outage, which began at approximately 5:55 p.m., is affecting members in Madison County. 

Ameren crews are working to repairs. As of 6:20 p.m., no estimated time of restoration was available.
