Ameren personnel have identified the source of a fault that interrupted power to Southwestern Electric’s Edwardsville and Fruit Road Substations this afternoon. Crews expect to complete repairs and restore power by 2:30 p.m. 

The outage, which began at 12:15 p.m., is affecting 2,300 members from Hamel south to I-70, and from Edwardsville east to Grantfork.
