A fault in an Ameren transmission line briefly interrupted power to about 2,200 Southwestern Electric members in the Troy area shortly before 10:15 a.m. The transmission line provides power to Southwestern Electric’s Troy Substation. 

As of 11 a.m., Ameren hadn’t identified the source of the fault.
