About 140 members in Bond and Madison counties are without power this morning. Crews have sourced the outage to a piece of damaged equipment and are on site, making repairs. The service interruption is expected to last about two hours. The outage is affecting members north of Highway 140, between Livingston and Old Ripley Road.
