    About 300 members are without service after a second round of storms passed through the area early this morning, damaging infrastructure and bringing down power lines. As of 7:45 a.m., 210 members in Fayette County near Shobonier were without power, and about 55 members in Bond County near Governor Bond Lake were without service.

    As of 11 p.m., linemen had restored service to more than 160 members affected by this evening’s storm. About 65 members remain without power, and crews continue to make repairs throughout the co-op’s service area.

    About 435 Southwestern Electric members in Troy lost power at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday. Linemen investigating the outage sourced the problem to an underground cable fault. Crews are currently on site making repairs.

    About 225 Southwestern Electric members in Madison County and 100 members in Bond County remain without power as storms continue to bring lighting and rain to the area. At 6:40 p.m., a strong storm swept through Madison and Bond counties leaving more than 700 members without service.

    About 525 Southwestern Electric members in Madison County and 35 members in Bond County are without power this evening after a storm brought powerful winds and lightning to the area. The storm passed through the area about 6:40 p.m., leaving more than 700 members without service.
